Attendance & Leave
- Regularity and a minimum of 80% attendance is compulsory in Grade I to VIII and 90% in Secondary classes. Absence from one or more subject examination results in loss of grades for those subjects.
Attendance on a day before and after the vacation/holiday is mandatory.
- Attendance is compulsory for all these important days of school like Independence Day, Republic Day, Annual Day, Sports Day, etc.
Unless and until it is very much urgent, parents should not take leave for their wards.
- Written application or note in the school diary is essential to be submitted to the class teacher for application for leave.


- Leave application should be supported with a medical certificate from a Registered Practitioner for absence owing to sickness.
Loss of studies due to frequent absenteeism will be the whole sole responsibility of parents only to complete the pending work.
Please encourage your ward to attend the classes regularly.
- No re-examination will be conducted due to the absenteeism of student, Absenteeism results in the loss of grades of those subjects.
- If a child is to be absent for more than three days, the parent should personally meet the principal/ administrator to get the leave sanctioned with justified reason.
