Withdrawal Policy
- Parents who wish to withdraw their ward/ wards in the 1st term (April to September) will have to pay the school and other fee for the following 3 months (3rd Qtr) from the date of issue of school leaving certificate.
- Those who wish to withdraw anytime after (October to March) will be charged fee for the whole academic year (clear fee till Q4). Parents who wish to withdraw their children at the end of the academic session will have to give an advance written notice on or before 31st March. Such notice should be given in proper LC application form by Parents/ Guardians.
For withdrawal of student, a notice of 1 month prior notice i.e. LC application should be given to school.
- All the dues have to be cleared before a transfer certificate is issued.
- Leaving certificate will be issued in 15 days after the receipt of the application and approval.
- Annual days charges, picnic amount are to be paid separately by parent. It is not included in fees. Participation in annual day in compulsory for all the students.
